Jimmy Hazen is the Head Golf Instructor and Director of Golf Operations here at 24/7 Golf Academy, a devoted family man and father of two. He grew up on Long Island and graduated from Miller Place High School and played his college golf at Division 1 Sacred Heart University in Fairfield Ct. Jimmy's achievements include: 2006 New York State Open Champion at Bethpage Black, two Time Long Island Open Champion (2014 & 2016), 2010 Massachusetts Open Champion, Played in 2012 Travelers Championship Open on PGA Tour via Monday Qualifier. Jimmy was also a participant on the Web.com Tour and spent two years on the Latin America Tour. He has been teaching since 2021 and is a seasoned professional golfer dedicating his time to teaching players of all ages, helping them refine their skills and develop a lifelong passion for the game.

As a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 2 Medical certified golf physical therapist — a credential held by fewer than 5% of physical therapists nationwide — Jason brings an advanced understanding of the body-swing connection to every patient he works with.
As a former division 1 athlete, Jason understands first hand the physical demands competitive sport places on the body - and what it takes to perform at your best and stay healthy doing it. His approach is rooted in identifying the physical limitations that affect how you move, how you swing, and how long you can play. Whether you're managing a golf-related injury, working to add distance and consistency to your game, or simply trying to stay on the course for years to come, Jason provides hands-on treatment sessions and personalized programs that address the root cause — not just the symptoms. -
Jason partners with 24/7 Golf Academy to provide on-site physical screening, injury prevention, and golf-specific rehabilitation for both junior and adult golfers, bringing the same standard of care used by PGA Tour professionals directly to the South Shore.
